Shibuya Sky is the rooftop observatory of the east wing of Shibuya Scramble Square.

The east wing of Shibuya Scramble Square, a commercial complex built in 2019, is the tallest building in Shibuya area as of 2023. On the roof of this 47-story building is an open-air observatory named Shibuya Sky. The rooftop of this building is designed like an urban park with artificial turf and is surrounded with clear plastic walls. The city-scape of Tokyo seen from here becomes one with the sky. You can see the scramble intersection below, which is one of the popular sightseeing spots in Tokyo. Shibuya is located at the western end of central Tokyo, accordingly if the weather permits, you can see Mt. Fuji to the west, Shinjuku Subcenter to the north, the city center to the east and Tokyo Bay to the south. There are many observatories in central Tokyo, but if you have to choose one, it is this one or the top deck of Tokyo Tower, I think. The reason is that the night views of Tokyo from these two observatories are stunning on weekdays, right after sunset in particular.
