Thank you for your guiding expertise.  We had a thoroughly enjoyable time with you.  The igloo dinner was very nice and it was snowing when we left to catch the train back to Nagano.  Next morning we took bus to Snow monkey park, it was lightly snowing and  wonderful.  Thank you so much for photos.  We have talked to many Australian people who didn't know about Government-Licensed Tour Guides in Japan.

Hello from New Zealand
We arrived home to 36 degrees C and found it very hot after being in Hokkaido.  One of the days there was minus 36 degrees C.  thank you so much for the tour.  We thought it was great, enjoyed it very much and thankfully we saw it as we wanted to do that the first time we came to Japan but needed an english speaking person, you, were just right.
The Snow monkeys were brilliant.  We met people who had been the day before and didn't see them in the hot springs.  It had snowed while we were having our hotpot in the Igloo in Iiyama the night before so we were very lucky.
I know you said you haven't been to Nagano, but I do know there are people who have hired a guide from Tokyo to take them to the Snow Monkey park by train and then return to Tokyo in one day.  You may be able to do that one day.
Our tour of Hokkaido was magical, lots of snow, the ice and snow festivals very nice, ice breaker and fishing on a frozen lake all great.
Thank you so much for taking us to see the underground tunnels, we learnt a lot about it and Japan has excellent engineers.  Hope the virus that is going around is not near you....
