Haneda Airport Shinto shrine stands in Tokyo Haneda Airport terminal building.

Terminal 1 of Tokyo-Haneda Airport building is surprisingly equipped with a small shrine as shown in the picture. This shrine was established here in 1963 as a branch of Koku-Jinja 'Aviation shrine) in Shinbashi raised in 1931. These shrines are for safe flight. Different from now, an airplane crash was not uncommon at that time. When walking around the old town of Japan, you will find small shrines on the roadsides though, a small shrine is also found even in the modern building like this.
